Reservation Deposit: A 50% deposit of the total cost of your reservation is required via American Express, VISA, Master Card or Diner’s Card credit cards. We also accept advance payment via money order or personal check with credit card information as a guarantee. For special events, group bookings and affairs, or reservations made 14 days or less prior to arrival, the total cost of the reservation is charged in advance.
Cancellations: A refund will be given only if notice of cancellation is provided via telephone conversation, email or in writing 14 days prior to arrival. Less than 14 day notice - only the portion of your reservation we are able to rebook will be refunded.
Check In: Check in is between 2:00 pm and 9:00 pm. For arrivals after 9:00pm, we require prior approval and the first night's lodging to be paid in advance.
Check Out: Please be prepared to check out by 12 noon.
Room Guarantee: Due to our limited size, we request that guests stay a minimum of two nights Friday through Sunday. We welcome one night reservations Monday through Thursday. It is difficult for us to hold a specific room for a one night stay for any night between March 1st and November 30.
Children: Please provide advanced notice if travelling with children.
Pets: Unfortunately we are not able to accommodate pets.
Breakfast & Meals: Our full country breakfast is included in your room rate. Special arrangements can be made for sportsman brown bag lunches, cookouts on the covered patio, and sumptuous country suppers in our lovely dining room.
Smoking: Due to its historic wooden architecture, no smoking is allowed in Upstaires and Downstaires Bed & Breakfast.
